How and When Pay is Calculated
How are drivers paid
Drivers are paid weekly through Direct
deposit or Stripe. Connect
starts its weekly payroll process on Wednesdays around 4:00 AM and you should
receive your pay on Thursday, it may take 1-3 business days before your deposit
shows in your account, depending on your bank's processing time.
Pay Period
The pay week begins at 12:00
AM on Monday and ends at 11:59 AM the following Monday. This means that any
trips taken on Monday after 12:01 AM will appear in the following weeks earning
statement.
Direct Deposit
& Stripe Payout
Ø Monday: Payout cycle in a new one begins
Ø Wednesday: Payout is processed
Ø Thursday: Payout is deposited directly into
your Bank account or Stripe account.
*Note: Some banks take
additional time to process deposits. As a result, you may not see your deposit
until Friday evening.
To review your earning
statements, you can log into your account at https://connecttnc.com/signin.
Statements include all earnings, reimbursements and additional fees owed to
you.

Enter accountholders full
name

Enter account number

Enter routing number

Enter name up by financial institution

Enter location of institution

Double check all your
information

Tap submit
*Note: If you would like to use a credit union account,
please contact your credit union to confirm they will be able to accept ACH
direct deposit.
We can only transfer earnings to checking accounts, we cannot deposit into savings or business accounts.

enter IBAN number

enter account holder’s name

enter address 1

upload documents as needed

tap submit exit
