Trip Cancellation Reasons
There
are many different reasons why a trip may need to be cancelled. Connects Ride
Reps monitor all cancellations in Realtime, any cancellation will trigger a call from a Ride Rep for
further explanation or to see if the issue
can be resolved.
When
selecting a Cancellation option please be sure select the correct reasoning.

Show
(Select these reasons after you have
arrived for pick-up)

Waited for Rider
at least 5 minutes past the scheduled pickup time

Was unable to
locate Rider

Someone else took
Rider to appointment
·
Knocked on door, did
not get a response

Called Rider three
times and did not get an answer
