There are many different reasons why a trip may need to be cancelled. Connects Ride Reps monitor all cancellations in Realtime, any cancellation will trigger a call from a Ride Rep for further explanation or to see if the  issue can be resolved.

When selecting a Cancellation option please be sure select the correct reasoning.

No Show

      (Select these reasons after you have arrived for pick-up)

·        Waited for Rider at least 5 minutes past the scheduled pickup time

·        Was unable to locate Rider

·        Someone else took Rider to appointment

·        Knocked on door, did not get a response

·        Called Rider three times and did not get an answer

·        Rider does not live there

·        Admin instructed me to cancel

Note: (When calling Rider do not leave a voice mail, hang up and call back)

Rider Cancelled 

    (Select these reasons after you have arrived for pick-up)

·        Rider cancelled verbally over the phone

·        Rider cancelled at the door

·        Admin instructed me to cancel

General Cancellation

      (Select these reasons Before you have arrived for pick-up)

·        Rider cancelled over the phone while in route to pickup

·        Admin instructed me to cancel trip while in route to pickup

·        Vehicle Problems

·        Weather

·        Other

Incorrect Information

If trip information is incorrect or missing. contact A Ride Rep for further instructions

·        Wrong address

·        Wrong Phone Number

·        Wrong appointment time

·        Wrong appointment Date

Driver Incident

All Driver related Incidents must be reported as to why you are unable to complete a trip

·        Vehicle breakdown

·        Cannot find location

·        Accident

·        Weather
