How It Works
Members are contacted by our Ride Rep team 24
hours prior to their scheduled pickup time to confirm the pickup and drop off
location, noting any special instructions or needs.
Members are advised to be ready one hour prior
to their pickup time, an earlier time may be necessary if the distance to
members drop off location dictates. on the day of appointment, a Ride Rep will
contact member providing them with estimated time of arrival of the driver.
Members have the freedom to select the vehicle
type needed, for some riders a car may suffice while other riders may require a
low riding vehicle or a minivan for more room and additional passengers
Trips
Medical rides are prearranged so there is
nothing for the member to do but, be ready one hour prior to their pickup time.
Members loved ones can track the ride location and expected arrival time to rider’s
destination via their smartphone.
Members may have additional stops for pharmacy
visits or secondary doctor's appointments. Members needing a return ride home
need only to call a Ride Rep or request a ride home via their smartphone, members
may request drivers of their choice of whom they feel most comfortable with, for
a more enjoyable experience. At the end of a ride drivers and riders are asked
to rate their ride experience.
