Lien against a vehicle
If a lien exists against a vehicle the driver intends to use while acting as a driver on our platform, the driver is required to notify the lienholder within the seven-day period prior to using the vehicle for such purposes.
If the driver is not the owner of the vehicle the driver intends to use while acting as a driver on our platform, the driver is required to notify the owner of the vehicle within the seven-day period prior to using the vehicle for such purposes and that the owner’s automobile insurance policy, provides coverage while the driver is logged on to our company’s digital network and is available to receive requests for a prearranged ride or while the driver is engaged in a prearranged ride.
Failure to notify a lienholder or an owner pursuant to this paragraph will result in the removal of Driver from our Platform as may result in imposition of a civil penalty.
