What happens after background check?
After you have finished the registration
process and checked off on your background check consent form, the next step
would be for Connects approval team to review your background check.
The background
check includes a Motor Vehicle Report (MVR), review as well as a
criminal background check. The evaluation of background
checks varies from city to city and is based on a combination of
criteria specified in local laws and regulations governing rideshare drivers,
as well as Connect’s internal safety standards.
the background
check process should take between 24 to 48 hours. As a rule, this is true, and most people
pass their background checks within 48 hours. However, there are
many factors that can contribute to this taking more time.
If your background check is approved, you will
receive an automated email and you will be able to log into your Drivers app.
If your background check is denied you will not
be able to log into the Drivers app. if you believe the information contained
in your background check is inaccurate you may contact Check R at the
number listed on your background report to dispute the reason your access to
our platform was denied.
