I believe my payment is wrong
It would be nice if every payment were 100%
correct but we know that mistakes do happen. Rest assured Connect support
system will handle your questions or disputes concerning your pay in a timely manner.
Common payment problems include but not limited
too:

Statement
is missing a trip
2.
Pay
amount seems wrong for one or more trips
3.
Hourly
guarantee is wrong
4.
Referral
award is missing or incorrect
5.
Total
payment seems wrong
6.
Did
not receive direct deposit or Stripe payment
If you believe there are discrepancies with
your payment, and you cannot find your payment issue via connect driver’s app
or at connecttnc. You can contact Connects support team Here please include the
reason why you are requesting a payment adjustment.
Please follow this format so that the issue can
be corrected, if there are multiple trips with incorrect amounts, please
include all of them in the same email.
