· ·    You do not have a driver’s license valid for the operation of the personal vehicle.

·        Driver’s license is an instruction permit, special instruction permit, or temporary restricted license.

·        Restricted to operating motor vehicles equipped with an ignition interlock device.

·        Driving privileges have been suspended, revoked, barred, canceled, denied, or disqualified in the prior three-year period.

·        Convicted in the prior seven-year period of a felony, or of any crime involving resisting law enforcement, dishonesty, injury to another person, damage to the property of another person, or operating a vehicle in a manner that endangers another person.

 

Has been convicted in the three-year period preceding the issue date of the driving record more than three offenses classified by the Department of Public Safety as moving violations.

One or more of the following offenses:

1. fleeing or attempting to elude a police officer  

2. reckless driving

3. driving without a valid driver's license

4. driving with an invalid driver's license

Has been convicted in the preceding seven-year period of any of the following:

(A) driving while intoxicated

(B) use of a motor vehicle to commit a felony

(C) a felony crime involving property damage

(D) fraud

(E) theft

(F) an act of violence

(G) an act of terrorism

(H) Is found to be registered in the national sex offender public website maintained by the United States Department of Justice.
